The Wanneroo GIANTS Baseball Club congratulates the Under 14 State Heat team on winning the Gold medal at the National Youth Championship just completed. Congratulations to the following Wanneroo players who represented our Club in this event; Caleb Christensen, Ryan Kift, Jake Turnbull and Jake Baker. Jackson Riley competed in the ACT team. Congratulations to the following players who represented our Club in the Under 16 State Heat; Steven Baxter, Dan Bourke, Bob Shipway and Rhys Steedman. Congratulations to the following players who represented our Club in the Under 18 State Heat who won the Bronze Medal; Rob Glendinning, Liam Spencer, Bayden Waldock, Jarrod Zahradnik and Hayden Sloane. CLUB NOTICES Please give your support to our Major Raffle, tickets are on sale now. There are some fantastic prizes on offer, so please support the businesses who have donated the prizes. Please remember that all tickets sold or unsold must be returned to Adam Tilley by 29th February. The 2012 Senior Awards Night and Trophy Presentaion will be held at the Woodvale Tavern Reception Centre on Friday 13th April from 6.30 pm until midnight. Tickets are $50 per person and are available now. 8 per table. Please note that the dress code this year is formal, no denim is acceptable and anyone wearing denim will be denied entry. The 2012 Junior Awards and Trophy Presentation will be held at the Warwick Hall on Saturday 31st March. Details to follow.
